Another blizzard today, with school canceled and me stuck at home.
I’ve managed to get in a couple more workouts — biked on the 5th and 6th, and did burpees on the 7th. Skipped yesterday and going to be back on the bicycle this morning.
Procrastinated going to sleep last night, so a bit behind schedule.
One interesting thought is that I should probably check whether all this interval training is working… I’m pleased that I’m not spending so much time working out, and studies seem to suggest that you don’t really need to (nor could I, given the intensity of the workout). However, I don’t have much quantitative feedback as to whether it’s really working.
